Addison Freise

Addison is a paralegal serving clients in our firm’s Corporate Practice Group at Wagenmaker & Oberly. She assists with a broad spectrum of nonprofit entity compliance aspects including corporate annual report filings, reinstatements, changes of registered agent, and other registration updates.

Prior to joining the firm, Addison graduated summa cum laude from Wheaton College with a B.A. in Business and Economics. During college, Addison supported nonprofit organizations serving refugee communities, enriching her understanding of mission‑driven work. These experiences fueled her passion for helping nonprofit organizations advance their missions and meaningfully serve their communities. She also served roles within the commercial real estate, crop insurance, and fitness industries during college, further reinforcing her interests in business operations and client service.

Outside of work at W&O, Addison enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, visiting and learning from new places, and exploring various opportunities to serve others.
